The Leela Palace Udaipur impressed me with its breathtaking location right by Lake Pichola. The view from my Grand Heritage Lake View Room was stunning, especially during sunrise. The staff made a remarkable effort in hospitality. they were attentive and friendly throughout my stay. I enjoyed the delightful boat ride that added a unique touch to my experience. Dining at Sheesh Mahal offered delicious food, but service inconsistencies were noticeable. At times, I had to wait longer than expected for my orders. A larger wedding event took place during my visit, impacting the access to outdoor spaces like the gardens and terrace areas, which felt quite crowded. While the decor and atmosphere were luxurious, I felt that the service needs to improve and that better communication regarding events and space availability would help future guests.

Had an awesome stay for 3 nights! The food was amazing, especially breakfast. Loved the beautiful swimming pool area and the lake views were just to die for. The only thing was the room size felt a bit cramped. Would recommend trying the in-room dining too!
